I am a strength-based psychotherapist helping clients create a path to recovery from addiction, trauma and grief. Using an integrative and holistic approach, I help clients find what is standing in the way of a more intentional and purposeful life. My greatest privilege is supporting clients re-discover peace of mind and joy in recovery as I have experienced this in my own journey. I know that no single approach is the right one for every individual and I have been trained in a range of modalities including EMDR for trauma, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Counseling is a second career for me. After almost twenty years working in the education field, I received my master’s degree in counseling from Regis University and found my true passion.
Outside of the office, the mountains and yoga help keep me balanced. Travel and reading help keep my life interesting and my family and my dog, Frank, keep my life fun.
